Contract customers in the UK can now access Parcelforce Worldwide's dashboard to see the status of all their international items, including EMS, updated in real-time, 24/7.
Launched in July, the International Dashboard gives customers in the UK a comprehensive view of all their international package deliveries. The easy-to-use dashboard allows contract customers to view their items in Europe and EMS deliveries to the rest of world.
Compatible with smartphones, tablets and laptops, the dashboard allows businesses in the UK to follow the status of their EMS items from initial dispatch, transit through to final delivery. A 'watch list' can be created to follow items belonging to priority customers.
International Dashboard functionalities allow businesses to follow items by customer, location and date. If further information is required, then it is possible to filter by shipping date, customer reference, postcode and consignment number. Users can also extract data to input into other systems for further analysis.
