Team receiving award

Throughout the pandemic EMS operators worked to keep businesses and customers connected to the world. As more choose to shop online, providing excellent customer care is more important than it has ever been.

In 2020, 15 designated EMS operators have won awards for their work taking EMS customer care to a higher level by providing an excellent service to support their international partners.

The EMS customer care awards are calculated using measurements based on EMS Cooperative members’ customer service performance. EMS customer care awards are only awarded to EMS member postal operators who achieve the high standards set out in the EMS Cooperative's Business Plan.

The achievements of the winning 15 EMS operators are even more remarkable as the EMS Cooperative moved in July 2020 to the new UPU customer care system, i-Care, the sole customer care system to be used for EMS-related inquiries. The 2020 EMS customer care awards are based on the results of the i-Care system from 1 September to 31 December 2020.
