The EMS service in Venezuela is part of Instituto Postal Telegráfico de Venezuela (IPOSTEL) which is Venezuela's designated universal postal service provider, supporting customers, businesses and communities worldwide. IPOSTEL was founded in 1978 and joined the EMS Cooperative in 1993. EMS is delivered five days of the week reaching 30 million consumers and businesses across Venezuela. Customers can easily access EMS at 323 post offices across the country.
