2025 awards shine light on excellent EMS operators

Twenty‑five EMS operators will be presented with EMS awards for their outstanding performance in 2025 at the 29th EMS Cooperative General Assembly, taking place on 23–24 April. This exceptional group represents the highest standards of EMS performance and customer care.

Each year, members vote to adopt new and more rigorous award criteria, ensuring that the EMS Cooperative continues to drive EMS excellence and improve service quality. The 2025 award winners have achieved the strongest overall EMS performance ever recorded by the EMS Cooperative.

Special recognition goes to those operators who have won awards consistently over multiple years, demonstrating unwavering commitment to delivering an excellent EMS service to their customers.

The performance and customer care achievements of this year’s award winners have set a new benchmark for quality across the global EMS network. All EMS Cooperative members are encouraged to build on this momentum and strive to become award winners in 2026.

2025 EMS Performance Awards winners

Gold: Malaysia, Qatar and United Arab Emirates.

Silver: Ethiopia, Ghana, Myanmar and Viet Nam

Many of the EMS Performance Award winners have been recognized as active users of EMS SMART, the EMS Cooperative’s reporting system, using it to closely monitor their performance.

2025 EMS Customer Care Awards winners

In order of ranking, starting with the country ranked highest based on customer service response quality: Qatar, Oman, Ethiopia, Benin, Kiribati, United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Macao (China), Saudi Arabia, Viet Nam, Egypt, Jordan, Cambodia, Ghana, Togo, Mauritius, Bhutan and Singapore.
