

The EMS service in Japan is part of Japan Post which is Japan's designated universal postal service provider, supporting customers, businesses and communities worldwide. Japan Post was founded in 1871 and joined the EMS Cooperative in 1999 and is one of its founding members. EMS is delivered seven days of the week reaching circa 127 million consumers and businesses across Japan. Customers can easily access EMS at approx. 24,000 post offices across the country.
