The EMS service in Denmark is part of PostNord Danmark which is Denmark's designated universal postal service provider, supporting customers, businesses and communities worldwide. PostNord Danmark was founded in 1624 and joined the EMS Cooperative in 2004. The EMS service is only offered to business customers and selected destinations outside the EU/EEA area. EMS is delivered five days of the week reaching 5,731,000 consumers and businesses across Denmark. Customers can easily access EMS at 1,500 retail outlets and post offices across the country.
