2012 EMS Customer Care Award Winners
EMS Cooperative members voted for the best EMS call centres of 2012, and the winners are:
- Germany (large group)
- Switzerland (medium group)
- Macao, China (small group)
UPU Director General, Bishar A. Hussein and EMS Cooperative Board Chair, Patrick Richon presented the awards at the 2013 EMS General Assembly in Berne.
